	Jay was involved in bringing concerts and live venues to the fairgrouds in Butler County in the 70s, and in directing and promoting these events. Jay moved back to California in the 80s and became one of the top salesmen in the Cable TV industry. He won many awards and accolades for his involvement in bringing MTV to the forefront. In the 90s, he ran a very successful Dish Network Business. In the 2000s, he retired and settled in Butler County.

	Survived by his son, Jayson, his wife, Sue Bleiweiss, two sisters, Suzette Huett-Stahl, and Tammy Michelle Downs.
