In Memoriam
Frances was my best friend from 6th grade through high school. She was warm, funny, kind, and generous. We lost touch for many years after we we both married. I found out at our 30th reunion we were both searching for each other all those years. She was truly an exceptional woman with so much grace and warmth. A true friend in every definition of the word.

I'll always remember her smile...she could light up any room with just one smile. Her love of life and her love for people were reflected within each smile. Rod Drew and Dana (Jetmore) Drew

Alfredo, After all these years I remember your sister's energy and sweetness. My sympathy...she certainly touched many hearts and I am sure the Father enjoys her even more than her family and friends did.

Frances was always a role molel to me in high school. I had the deepest admiration for her. Her beauty reflected a woman of heart and soul. Blessings and prayers to Frances and to her family.

I remember this lovely lady as a very sweet person who laughed easily and had a smile for every person she saw. She is deeply missed, but my sister Avis and I are so grateful we had the chance to know such a lovely girl.

Frances lived in Fremont, CA, with her second husband. She had worked as a Psychiatric Technician working with children and adolescents. She began to study to become a registered nurse. I visited her in past years when I would travel from Hawaii to church conferences in Northern California. She had a heart defect that affected her health for several years. She died of a heart attack in August 1999. She loved and embraced life everyday. There was certainly no defect in her heart. Being her more serious sibling, she knew how to loosen me up and to enjoy life more. We miss her friendly heart and her winning smile. My oldest daugher reminds me of her very much - she shares some of Frances characteristics. Aloha means to live in the Presence of the One who gives life. I know that is where she is right now - in Christ. Much Mahalos (many thanks)
