In Memoriam

I knew Danny in junior high, at Fitz, and got to know him pretty well in band. We both played clarinet and would frequently "challenge" each other for better chairs in that section. I always loved doing that `cuz I knew he wouldn`t resent it or feel threatened - we were buddies and it was just a fun thing to do. I loved his humor and warmth and easy going manner. He was the best friend I had at that time and it was a real loss for me to have gone our separate ways at La Quinta. Danny, you were a great friend.

Danny was my brother. We were inseperable from the minute we met as kids at the Kona Kai Mobile home park. I feel as though a huge part of my life is now missing and will never be replaced. May you rest in peace Danny, I love you man, Johnny

I will never forget the way you never looked down on me for being áa little kidá. It was like having an extra brother to know Danny. I miss him.

I knew Danny through school, and was very saddened to hear of his passing. I always remember him as a really sweet person, with a shy smile and an easy laugh. He is missed.

I married Danny in 74.... He gave me my beautiful daughter, Kristen Lee, who is now 23. He was an incredible father and is missed every day.....
